- All rooms are non-smoking. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our rooms.
- Smoking is only allowed in our luxurious smoking room at the bar and on the terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi near the rooms.
- It is forbidden to use candles, tea lights or other open fire in the rooms.
- To ensure discretion, we only charge cash, other payment forms are not available.
- Reservations can be made by telephone on 013 55 67 91 or via e-mail info@scarlet-club.be.
- The reserved room will be kept free for you up to 30 minutes after the agreed time of arrival.
- If you are prevented to notify us, we can offer the room to another guest.
- Rooms are never rented to minors, in case of doubt we have the right to request an identity card.
- We are not responsible for theft or damage by third parties.
- Our rooms are only rented to two people, children and pets are not allowed.
- The room must be left tidy, in case of damage the police will be notified.
- Leave the key on the room door when you leave the room, thank you.
- Drugs and narcotics are strictly forbidden.
